OUR PROCESS

To ensure quality, our supervisors/managers will continue personalized contacts with the family through telephone checks and home visits.  Our managers promise to maintain constant contact with our caregiver, to ensure we are delivering on our promise of outstanding care and/or companionship.

1. A professional home care specialist will complete a free assessment of the anticipated needs.  The process will include confidential conversations with involved family members, physicians, hospital case managers, nursing home social workers and other involved specialists.
2. Develop an individualized plan with you and/or involved family members.
3. We will introduce you to a well-trained caregiver or nurse, and we can begin providing services for you or your loved one.

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm

Our professional team is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week* During hours when the office is closed and during the weekends and holidays, the on-call coordinator is available by telephone 24 hours per day.
